A Woman’s Book of Money & Spiritual Vision is not your garden-variety financial management book. RosemaryWilliams has managed to deftly combine psychology and spirituality with fiscal responsibility; an unlikely trio to be sure, but the results are inarguable. Through the course of answering a series of provocative questions, the reader will begin to understand her own feelings and attitudes toward money and the influences that created them. This book provides a safe haven in which to explore these intimate revelations, although it does allow a framework by which this process may be done as a group, or with one other person.

Through "been-there" vignettes, the reader will begin to understand connections between money, self, and God. Further, the reader is empowered to make changes. Included are tremendous lists of resources; the inventory of organizations, books, magazines and web-sites alone is worth the price of the book.

While portions of this book appear geared specifically toward those women who have accumulated a significant amount of disposable income, any woman seeking greater understanding of her financial affairs and desiring to become a better stewardship of her resources will benefit from this book.

Rosemary Williams is a former banker who has a financial planning practice. She is currently the director of the Women’s Perspective and has been involved in the Ministry of Money, two ecumenical organizations that "work with the subject of money as it connects to spirituality and stewardship."
