42100 Chaplain Vancouver,BC V5S-4R5 Canada) They sent me a check stating
I had won the lottery from the International Lottery Commission for the
amount of $175,049.69 but I first have to pay a $1,590.00 tax fee. This
happened once before to me and I lost $1450.00 from S.A financil
